Armenia’s population less than 3 mln for 30 years

There is a decline in Armenia’s population, according to the country’s National Statistical Committee.

The census of 2011 reveals that Armenia’s population made up 2,959,500 as of January 1, 2020, decreasing by 5,600 people compared to the same period of 2019, Report says citing Novosti Armenia.

The population of Armenia has been standing at under 3 million for 30 years.
