Armenia’s deputy labor and social affairs minister resigns

Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia Gemafin Gasparyan has resigned, Report says, citing Armenian press.

He did not disclose the reason for his resignation while stating, “I am leaving the post of the first deputy labor and social affairs minister on my own decision.”.

Gasparyan was appointed to the post in 2019.

Notably, voluntary resignations have increased among Armenian officials in recent days. Chairman of the Armenian Higher Qualification Committee Smbat Gogyan also resigned from office and did not give any reason.
