​Shopping malls expected to reopen

“Shopping malls are expected to reopen in the next stage of easing the quarantine,” Ibrahim Mammadov, spokesman for the Cabinet of Ministers said, Report informs.

“Holding sports competitions in the open air is being discussed. It is recommended to use the mask in the open air, but indoors it is mandatory. Those breaking the rule may be fined,” – he said.
