Turkey reopens beach season, sets new rules

Turkey will open parks, cafes, restaurants, pools, and beaches from June 1, Report informs, citing RIA Novosti.

These enterprises will operate under new rules.

Antalya beach, which is 6 km in length and located in the Konyaalti region, reopened after four-day curfew under new guidelines.

A family will be allowed to set solar beds in an area of 9 square meters. Every place must be free at least 20 minutes after tourist leave and be disinfected. Tourists will be banned to do sunbathing with their own towel and to rest where they desire. Smoking is also prohibited on the beach because of being risky for servants’ health when they clean the cigarette butts. Hookah smoking is also prohibited.

Water sports are unknown. However, sea voyages will be allowed.

Although the hotels that received anti-coronavirus certificates are allowed to open in June, the decision to start works will be made by entrepreneurs. International flights will be resumed in stages. According to the published schedule, the flights from Russia will be received from July 15.
