Residents of strict quarantine areas receive lump sum payments

The process of issuing lump-sum payments of AZN 190 in 16 cities and regions due to the strict quarantine regime has been completed.

Report informs, the statement came from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population made lump sum payments in 8 cities and regions (Baku, Jalilabad, Ganja, Lankaran, Masalli, Sumgayit, Yevlakh, and Absheron) where a special quarantine regime has been applied since June 21.

Today, the Ministry gave one-time payments in 8 cities and regions (Goranboy, Goygol, Mingachevir, Barda, Khachmaz, Samukh, Siyazan, and Shaki), where a special quarantine regime started on July 5.

The funds transferred to the bank cards of those citizens.

Notably, earlier, in April-May, 600,000 people in Azerbaijan were provided with assistance payments of AZN 190 per month.
