Scientists link some diseases to eye color

The color of people’s eyes can indicate a predisposition to various diseases, said scientists from the School of Medicine at the University of Colorado.

Report informs, citing Freundin, that researchers have found dark brown or black eyes are protected from ultraviolet light, so those with such eyes are less likely to develop skin or eye cancer. But such people tend to problems with blood and metabolism. Owners of this color should pay special attention to the liver, blood circulation, and spleen.

People with brown eyes are intolerant to pain and often have problems with digestion and breathing.

People with green eyes rarely suffer from depression. Blue and gray eyes indicate an increased sensitivity to ultraviolet light. Besides, people with this eye color are prone to alcohol dependence.
