State documents on education in Azerbaijan to be issued electronically

President Ilham Aliyev has approved amendments to the Law on Education.

Report informs that, with the amendment, graduates of any stage and level of education, except for doctoral studies, will receive a state document on relevant education, created in the form of an electronic document in the Centralized Education Information System in the manner prescribed by law.

Moreover, those who do not complete any stage and level of education for any reason will get a certificate of relevant education in the form of an electronic document in the Centralized Education Information System in the manner prescribed by the relevant executive authority.
