President: Shusha Declaration is raising the Azerbaijan-Turkish relations to the highest peak

“Today is a historic day. We are welcoming the President of Turkey on the Karabakh soil. My Dear Brother has visited Azerbaijan many times. But it is the first time that we are visiting Shusha and Karabakh together. This is a historic visit,” President Ilham Aliyev said while making a statement for press, Report informs.

“The Joint Declaration on Allied Relations signed today is raising the Azerbaijani-Turkish relations to the highest peak. The name of the declaration speaks for itself. Today we have established qualitatively new relations and all provisions contained in this declaration are the guarantee of our future cooperation,” the head of state said.
