Azerbaijan confirms 3,794 new COVID-19 cases, 33 deaths

The number of people who tested positive for coronavirus in Azerbaijan has reached 3,794 in one day, while 2,216 patients have recovered.

Report informs citing the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers that 33 patients succumbed to the deadly pathogen.

Overall, the country has reported 401,828 coronavirus cases, 350,670 recoveries, and 5,403 deaths. The current number of active cases reaches 45,755.

Azerbaijan has performed 4,362,263 tests since the pandemic began, including 17,835 over the past day.
