Azerbaijani president awards “Dostlug” order to Frederick Starr 

Frederick Starr has been awarded the “Dostlug” order, Report informs.

Upon President Ilham Aliyev’s order, Frederick Starr was awarded the “Dostlug” Order for his services in the development of political and scientific ties between Azerbaijan and the United States.
