Envoy: Tourism ties between Azerbaijan and Mexico should be encouraged
Azerbaijan and Mexico should encourage communication within the tourism sector, Mexican Ambassador to Azerbaijan Rodrigo Labardini said, informs.
Representatives of Azerbaijani travel companies visited Mexico, where they got acquainted with local cultural and historical sites, and also got to know Mexican culture, nature and cuisine. During their stay in Mexico, they also met with Ambassador Labardini.
The meeting participants discussed the development prospects between Azerbaijan and Mexico, the growth of tourist flow, and other issues.
The ambassador introduced www.visitmexico.com to the guests, a website full of useful information about the country’s tourist routes. The diplomat noted that measures are currently being taken to revive tourism in the post-pandemic period.
