President Ilham Aliyev: General plans of Zangilan, Gubadli, Kalbajar and Lachin are being prepared

“Master plans of Zangilan, Gubadli, Kalbajar and Lachin are being prepared. Without depending on anyone, we will do this at our own expense, without asking anyone, without taking any loans,” President Ilham Aliyev said today at a meeting with the general public of the Fuzuli district, Report informs.

The head of state noted that for many years Azerbaijan had strengthened its army to liberate the occupied lands and created technical opportunities, intellectual potential, human resources, and financial resources for construction and restoration in the post-war period.
