“Turkey and Azerbaijan always close to each other as two brotherly nations” – Aliyev

“Your visit is of great significance. This is your second visit to the liberated lands. We visited Shusha with you four months ago,” Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said this during a joint statement for the press with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Zangilan on October 26, Report informs.

“Today we are in Fuzuli and Zangilan. The Shusha Declaration, signed in Shusha, is a historic document. This declaration has officially raised our relations to the level of an alliance. Today, our joint participation in the opening of the Fuzuli International Airport shows once again our unity and strength. It shows that Turkey and Azerbaijan, as two brotherly nations, are always close to each other,” the president said.
