FM: Non-delimitation of Azerbaijani-Armenian borders abnormal

“Thirty years have passed since the independence of both countries. The failure to demarcate and delimitate the borders between the two countries over these years is abnormal,” Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told Anadolu news agency, Report says.

In his words, for many years, Armenia has pursued a policy of aggression against Azerbaijan.

“However, Azerbaijan has liberated own lands that were under occupation for 30 years. After liberating own lands, Azerbaijan has set the boundaries of the international borders and this paves the way for new opportunities. As a result of the patriotic war, Azerbaijan has liberated 398.7-km-long borders from the Armenian occupiers. At the same time, the 130-km-long Azerbaijani-Iranian border has been put under control.”
