Erdogan: We won’t leave our people & our farmers at the mercy of rate”

Report informs citing TASS that the Turkish leader said this during his speech in Izmir, the broadcast of which was conducted on his official Twitter page.

The Turkish leader accused external forces of weakening the Turkish lira.

“This rate will fall. We will not leave our people and our farmers at the mercy of the rate. There are foreign agents who are attacking us. Whatever they do, we will not abandon our economic program,” Erdogan said.
