Rafael Jabrailov’s brother was detained – 24 hours
Milli Former Assembly deputyElshan Jabrailov, the brother of Rafael Jabrailov, who died in prison, was detained.
He was arrested on April 11 in Narimanov District on the basis of a complaint from citizens Police He was detained by officers of the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA).
Citizens claim that, E. Jabrailov to those people snowcommitted fraud.
Currently, a criminal case under Article 178.3.2 of the Criminal Code (Fraud, committed with extensive damage) is being investigated by the Investigation Department of the Narimanov police department.
The press service of the Interior Ministry confirmed the fact to Report. Reported that, Today, the Narimanov District Court will decide on Jabrailov.
Recall that, E.Jabrayilov is recognized as a witness in the criminal case of his late brother R.Jabrayilov. He was previously questioned in the Baku Grave Crimes Court.
Accusation according to, Milli Assembly III, IV and V call deputyJabrailov Rafael Kamil oglu, using his official position, committed fraud by inflicting a large amount of damage. His trial is currently being heard in the Baku Court of Grave Crimes.
