Isa Gambar sued the State Social Protection Fund

Former chairman of the Musavat party Isa Gambar has sued the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) for the amount of his pension.

The statement came from his lawyer Nemat Karimli.

He noted that the relevant letter was sent to the Baku Administrative Court on the first day. The lawyer noted that the public will be regularly informed about the progress of the case.

It should be noted that Isa Gambar was awarded a pension of 180 manat. The SSPF said in a statement that Gambar’s personal account did not have enough pension capital to qualify for a pension, and that his insurance record was less than 25 years.
