“Some teachers find their way to schools illegally”

There is not a single scientific work on the learning characteristics of students in Azerbaijan.

This was stated by Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev at the II Forum of Young Teachers.

At the same time, the Minister noted that during the difficult times of the 1990s, some teachers found their way to schools illegally:

“Azerbaijani education today suffers from this. It’s time to make a distinction. We are trying to eliminate such cases with the diagnostic assessment conducted today. Of course, teachers in need of improvement will also be involved in refresher courses. (APA)
