Nizami Ramazanov and his sister opened a dog shelter in Zagatala. It hosts about 100 disabled and traumatic dogs. Nizami Ramazanov said that he asked the Zagatala District Executive Power for a place for shelter. However, he was not satisfied with the proposal of the Executive Power. The shelter had to be relocated because neighbors complained. Although Meydan TV repeatedly tried to learn the position of the Zagatala Executive Power, it could not get an answer. Nizami Ramazanov expects donations from animal lovers for the treatment and food of dogs in the shelter.
