The singer pleaded guilty in court: “While arguing with a stranger in front of my house, police officers approached me and demanded that I follow public order. The court concluded that Agayev had committed offenses under Articles 510 (petty hooliganism) and 535.1 (intentional disobedience to a lawful request of a police officer) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
