How much has our number increased?
The population of Azerbaijan has been announced.
According to the State Statistics Committee, the country’s population increased by 16,812 people or 0.2 percent from the beginning of the year and reached 1,0173,178 as of May 1, 2022.
52.9% of the total population was urban, 47.1% rural, and the share of men and women was the same.
