General Ehtiram Khalilov has been arrested and is being replaced

The presentation of the investigative body on the choice of a measure of restraint against the former director of the “Azerterminalkompleks” union, Major General of Customs Ehtiram Khalilov was considered.

The Sabail District Court, chaired by Judge Ulviya Shukurova, provided a presentation. Ehtiram Khalilov was sentenced to four months in prison.

It should be noted that the former director of the Azerterminalkompleks association, Major General of Customs Ehtiram Khalilov was detained during a special operation conducted by the State Security Service (SSS). He is accused of accepting large bribes and abuse of office. He reportedly received more than 200,000 bribes.

Ehtiram Khalilov has already been fired. The order was signed by the chairman of the State Customs Committee, Colonel-General of the Customs Service Safar Mehdiyev.

By another order, Masumov Huseyn Mohsun oglu was appointed director of Azerterminalkompleks.
