The authoritarian leader of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, claimed that a missile was launched from Ukraine into Belarus without providing any evidence.

He said that the incident happened a few days ago and Ukraine from the territory of Belarus military said that there were attempts to attack their facilities. The state of Belarus news agency BELTA quoted Lukashenka on July 2:

According to him, Belarus does not intend to fight in Ukraine, but will fight only if there is an attack. Lukashenka noted that he ordered the military to “target” the decision-making centers of the “Minsk opponents”.

So far, Ukraine has not commented on Lukashenka’s claims.
