When will Azerbaijan open land borders?

The special quarantine regime in Azerbaijan has been extended until September 1. This means that land borders remain closed and the only way to leave the country is by airplane. All neighboring countries with Azerbaijan have already opened their land borders long ago. The situation causes serious dissatisfaction among citizens, once plane tickets are extremely expensive and road trips are no longer an option.
