From “Bakcell Ltd” Limited Liability Company (LLC) “Turan” Agency was told that due to a technical failure, there were restrictions on the provision of services:
“The technical staff is working to quickly eliminate the problem. We apologize to our valued subscribers for the inconvenience and inform you that our services will be restored soon. Additional information will be provided to our subscribers.”
“Nar Mobile” also said that the problem is related to a technical difficulty:
“There was a temporary interruption in our network services due to technical difficulties. Our staff is currently working to restore services as soon as possible…”
