Putin announces partial mobilization
Russia President Vladimir Putin said that partial mobilization has been announced in the country. He said this in his address to the people on September 21.
“I consider it important to support partial mobilization for the sake of the defense and integrity of our country,” he said.
Moscow, which launched an attack on Ukraine on February 24, has faced severe sanctions from the West.
