Tokayev signed the law reducing the powers of the President of Kazakhstan

President of Kazakhstan Kasim-Jomart Tokayev signed a number of laws limiting the powers of the head of state on November 5.

The aforementioned package of laws was adopted as a result of the republican referendum on additions and changes to the Constitution in June of this year.
