The Prime Minister of Armenia says that his country is ready to implement this program
“On December 6 in Moscow At the meeting of the tripartite working group, no specific result was recorded regarding the issue of opening the railway.
According to Nikol Pashinyan, the issue of opening the Yerakh-Ordubad-Megri-Horadiz railway was discussed at the meeting:
“I cannot say that we have concrete results. But I want to confirm again that Armenia ready and interested in implementing this program. Our offer is still valid.”
“Armenia is ready to begin the restoration of the railway. Railways and car of the ways Armenia I consider it unnecessary to talk about our understanding of its operation within the framework of the legislation. Yesterday’s discussions only iron way although it is related to, the issue of roads is also on the agenda. We are ready to open the three checkpoints we mentioned earlier, as well as to create and build new road infrastructures along the best route. This is our way and we expect to provide a large international transit.”
On December 6 in Moscow Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Alexey Overchuk and Azerbaijan The 11th meeting of the tripartite working group was held under the co-chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev.
Azerbaijan party did not publish any statement about the meeting held on December 6.
