WASHINGTON, 24 january (Reuters) – Helsinki North Europe regarding their country’s request to join the army Turkey after saying that there is a need for a break in the tripartite talks with Biden administration on Tuesday in both Finland and Sweden at the first opportunity NATOreiterated his support for joining the union.
State Department spokesman Ned Price repeatedly asked at a press briefing whether Washington would support Finland’s possible membership without Sweden, but declined to comment on what he called a “hypothetical” rather than a “current live question.”
“It’s always been a discussion about Finland and Sweden… (about) moving from a 28-member union to a 30-member union. We want to see that happen,” Price said, adding that Finland’s NATO“It’s just a question” that we’re not having fun.”
