Bank əmlakı iki milyon manata satışa çıxarıldı

On September 28, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., real estate on the balance sheet of “Caucasus Development Bank” OJSC, which is under liquidation of the Deposit Insurance Fund, will be put up for public auction for the 3rd time.

Banker.az informs that the Real Estate is a 0.8105 ha plot of land located at 44 Inqilab Ismayilov Street, Khatai District, Baku.

Initial sale price of real estate 2,550,000 (two million five hundred and fifty thousand) is manat.
