“If the transition takes place, preparations will be made for the next assistance by taking surveys to determine the food and non-food products of the Armenians living in Karabakh.”

The Karabakh bureau of “Report” informs that the general secretary of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society (AzQAC) Jeyhun Mirzayev said that there is still no positive result for the transfer of the humanitarian aid.

“We have been in the same area with our respective staff for 20 days. All relevant negotiations have been done, no response yet. Cars loaded with food are also here.”

J. Mirzayev also said that the main goal is to deliver 40 tons of flour to residents of Armenian origin living in Khankendi.

“Right now we are waiting, we are fully prepared for the transition one way or another. Our goal is to deliver 40 tons of flour to Armenian residents living in Khankendi. We will wait here until it is delivered,” said the general secretary of AzQAC.

“If the transition takes place, we should conduct a survey assessment among the people there to determine the needs. After determining the needs, in the next stage, we will plan and prepare to help with food, non-food and other needs”, J. Mirzayev said that the Red Crescent Society is fully ready for this.

It should be noted that the representatives of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society presented the quality and origin certificate of the cargo they brought to the Russian peacekeepers temporarily stationed in the territory of Azerbaijan.

Trucks full of 40 tons of flour sent by AzQAC have been waiting on the Aghdam-Khankendi road for 20 days.
