On September 17, around 09:55, the units of the Armenian armed forces fired from their positions in the direction of the Istisu settlement, the positions of the Azerbaijani Army in the direction of the Istisu settlement of the Kalbajar region.

“Report” was informed about this by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
