September 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM Real estate on the balance sheet of “Qafqaz Development Bank” OJSC, which is under liquidation of the Deposit Insurance Fund in “Baku Auction Center”, will be put up for public auction again for the 3rd time.
Banker.az informs that the real estate is a 0.8105 ha plot of land located at 44 Inqilab Ismayilov street, Khatai district, Baku city.
The initial sale price of real estate is 2,550,000 is manat.
The auction step is 3% of the initial sale price.
5% of the sale price must be paid to the auction organization. The purchase price must be paid to the customer’s account within 7 calendar days.
