Thailand lifts curfew from June 15

Thailand is lifting the curfew and many other restrictions from June 15 imposed in the country in connection with the coronavirus pandemic, Report says, citing RIA Novosti.

“This morning, at a meeting chaired by Prime Minister General Prayuth Chan-Ocha, a resolution was adopted on the measures of the fourth stage of easing restrictions related to the pandemic. The decree will be effective from June 15,” he said.

“The decree completely cancels the curfew, which now remains in force from 23.00 to 03.00. From Monday, all private schools, departmental educational institutions, and vocational schools, and general education schools with no more than 100 students will open,” the press Secretary said.

According to him, ministries, departments, and state-owned enterprises will be allowed to organize seminars and other types of short-term events to improve the skills of employees.
