Expert: Azerbaijani Army has modern equipment, high fighting spirit
Azerbaijan has achieved significant progress in army building in recent years; military expert Abuzar Abilov told Report.
According to him, one of the greatest achievements in the military field is the solution of servicemen’s social problems.
“Several new military units were commissioned this month, which present high conditions for personnel. This process began years ago and continues today. Under the instructions of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, the country purchases a large number of modern military equipment, weapons, and other devices for the army. All this aims to keep the Azerbaijani Army at a high level of combat capability and achieve the goals,” the expert stressed.
“In recent years, the Ministry of Defense Industry decommissioned or modernized much old equipment, which allowed the army to perform all tasks at a high level. Today, our armed forces are among the powerful armies,” he added.
