Building partially collapses in US

A building partially collapsed in Florida’s Miami-Dade County early Thursday morning, Report informs, citing RIA Novosti.

The building is located in Surfside’s small, beachside town, about 6 miles north of Miami Beach. According to the Miami Beach Police Department, multiple police and fire departments from across Miami-Dade County have been deployed to assist.

The Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said it had sent more than 80 units to the scene.

Further details on the incident were not immediately available. It was unknown what caused the collapse and if there were any casualties.
