SOCAR imported 3,900 tons of gasoline from Lithuania to Ukraine in June

This June, SOCAR Energy Ukraine, a subsidiary of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), imported 3,900 tons of gasoline to Ukraine, according to the report of the consulting group “A-95,” Report informs referring to Ukrainian media.

This is 0,100 tons or 2.63 percent more than the volume of imports of gasoline in May. The Azerbaijani company supplied all volumes of the resource from Lithuania.

In total, 93,300 tons of motor gasoline were imported to the Ukrainian market in June this year. This is 23,800 tons or 20 percent less than in the same period in 2020. So, during this time, the import of AI-95 gasoline decreased by 5.8 percent and amounted to 70,300 tons, and the import of AI-92 gasoline fell by 45 percent and amounted to 23,000 tons.

Thus, in June, Belarus supplied 43,600 tons of automobile fuel imported to Ukraine. This is 55 percent less than in June 2020.

Last month, 42,700 tons of automobile fuel were imported from Lithuania to Ukraine, which is 2.4 times more than in the same month last year.

In June this year, 5,800 tons of motor gasoline were imported to Ukraine from Greece, and 6,000 tons of motor gasoline were imported from Romania.
