Russia’s Security Council secretary to discuss Afghanistan-related issues in India

Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev will pay a visit to India on Sept. 8, Indian Ambassador to Russia D. Bala Venkatesh Varma said, Report informs via TASS.

According to him, Nikolai Patrushev will discuss the situation in Afghanistan with Ajit Doval, National Security Adviser to the Prime Minister of India.

The ambassador said that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also expected to receive the Russian official.
