Trilateral talks between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin will be held in Sochi on November 26.

The meeting will be dedicated to review the implementation of the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh War ceasefire agreement. As part of the agenda, there are also discussions on the aftermaths of the most recent conflicts and subsequent peace agreement between the countries. Both arrangements were negotiated with the presence of Vladimir Putin.

Additionally, Aliyev and Pashinyan plan to debate future steps to strengthen stability and establish peaceful relations after the most recent tensions in Karabakh. Special attention will be paid to the development of trade, economy and transport in the region.

This is not going to be only time this year that Azerbaijan and Armenia representatives are meeting to discuss the countries’ relation. As an initiative of the head of the European Council Charles Michel, Aliyev and Pashinyan agreed to meet again in Brussels on December 15, as part of the Eastern Partnership Summit.
