Putin: “Russia has not turned into an enemy of other states”

“Russia has never turned into an enemy of other states,” President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin said, Report informs.

“Russia has never been hostile to any part of the world. Some parts of the world consider us their rivals. Have we written in our strategic institutional documents that we have declared anyone an enemy? No. They announce us”, he said.
