Administrative building of border checkpoint opens on Gorus-Gafan road

The opening of a new administrative building of the Eyvazli border control point of the State Border Service has taken place on the territory of Gubadli District, a Report correspondent dispatched to Gubadli District reports that the checkpoint is equipped with pieces of modern equipment.

Rashad Mashadiyev, a spokesman for the State Border Service, noted that all conditions have been created for the work of border guards and customs officers in the new administrative building of the Eyvazli border checkpoint.

“Currently, we are at the state border checkpoint located on the Gorus-Gafan highway in the Eyvazli village of Gubadli District. People, vehicles and cargoes crossing the state border are registered here, they are included in the centralized electronic system and other types of border control are carried out. The protection of this territory is organized along the perimeter by border combat points.”
