Minister suggests holding public debates on education

“Starting next year, we must create platforms with different people across the country and hold debates on education,” Azerbaijani Education Minister Emin Amrullayev said, Report informs.

According to the minister, public discussion is essential for the development of education.

“I think we should do it under the platform of the Institute of Education. Of course, the discussions should revolve around useful questions. On the other hand, scientific research is needed to advance our education. In this context, it is possible to create new education policy models. This includes the content, methodology and other issues of education. These changes can be implemented not directly, but within a series of pilot projects,” he added.
