Over 11.22 million COVID vaccine jabs administered in Azerbaijan

Some 20,989 people received their anti-coronavirus shots in Azerbaijan today, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

The number of those who got their first jab reached 2,047 people today, while 2,554 people got their second dose of the vaccine. As many as 16,388 people got immunized with the third (booster) dose of a COVID vaccine.

To date, 11,224,584 coronavirus vaccine jabs have been administered to the population in Azerbaijan. Of this, 5,157,954 citizens have received their first shot only, while 4,662,012 got both doses.

As of today, 1,404,618 people have received a booster dose of coronavirus vaccines in Azerbaijan.
