Russia confirms 20,638 new coronavirus cases

The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Russia has grown by 20,638 in one day, Report informs, citing the Operational Headquarters.

The number of coronavirus-related deaths has reached 308,860 since the onset of the pandemic after 912 more patients succumbed to the deadly pathogen.

Some 40,692 COVID patients have recovered bringing the total number to 9,463,919.
