Kazakh journalist wounded during security sweep in Almaty

A journalist of a Kazakh media outlet was wounded during a security sweep in Almaty, the victim was given first aid by security forces, Report informs citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

“A journalist of one of the Kazakh media outlets was wounded in the leg during a security sweep in Almaty. The security forces provided him with first aid. The victim is waiting for doctors,” the agency informs.

The protest actions in Kazakhstan began in the first days of 2022.
