Event on Turkish-Azerbaijani relations held in Istanbul

An event on “Turkish-Azerbaijani relations throughout history” took place in Istanbul.

Report‘s Turkish bureau informs that the event was organized at Kent University by the Consulate General of Azerbaijan in Istanbul.

Rector of Istanbul Kent University Professor Najmeddin Atsu especially emphasized the historical significance of the announcement of 2022 as the “Year of Shusha” by the decree of the President of Azerbaijan.

At the same time, the event focused on the role of Azerbaijan in the Non-Aligned Movement, of which 120 states are members, as well as essential steps taken by Azerbaijan on an international scale.
