Next meeting of Azerbaijani-Iranian intergovernmental commission to be held in March

Another meeting of the Joint Iranian-Azerbaijani Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation will be held in early March 2022, Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev said, Report informs.

Shahin Mustafayev made the remarks after meeting with a delegation led by Iranian Minister of Roads and Urban Development and co-chairman of the Joint Iranian-Azerbaijani Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation Rostam Ghasemi.

“Today’s discussions with the Iranian side can be viewed as a preparatory stage. I am sure that before the commission’s meeting, the President’s instructions will be fulfilled. We will move towards the signing of a number of agreements, the implementation of infrastructure projects necessary to fulfill these instructions,” Mustafayev noted.
