Russia reports nearly 17,800 new coronavirus cases

Russia registered 17,792 cases of coronavirus infection over the past day, an increase of 3.4% from the day before (124,070), Report informs, citing the Operational Headquarters.

An increase in hospitalizations was observed in 48 Russian regions and a decline in 37%.

The number of daily recoveries reached 53,724, a drop of 10.9% from a day earlier.
