The Ministry of Justice ignores the application of the Azerbaijan Democracy and Welfare Party for registration

Baku / 11.02.22 Azerbaijan Democracy and The Welfare Party has not received a response to its request for state registration from the Ministry of Justice, although it has been three months since it submitted the documents to the ministry. This was stated by the party’s leader Gubad Ibadoglu.

According to him according tothe party’s founding documents with 1,500 signatures were submitted to the Ministry of Justice on November 11, 2021.

Political According to the law on parties, the application for registration must be considered within 40 days and a decision must be made.

“Despite the expiration of all terms, the Ministry of Justice is not responsible, although the law according toa certificate of registration must be issued, “Ibadoglu said.

If there is no response to the refusal to register within the specified period, the party is considered registered.
