US statement on Azerbaijan: “Diplomatic relations strengthened”
“During my visit to Azerbaijan last year, I saw with my own eyes the achievements of our joint work. “Our diplomatic, as well as people-to-people contacts have been significantly strengthened over the past 30 years.”
He noted that, America and Relations between the peoples of Azerbaijan are the cornerstone of relations.
